Pop-ups and wafters are my personal go to approach when targeting areas with the Bloodworm range. If there is little to no debris, I always go for a wafter, if the bottom is a bit more choddy, then a low-lying Bloodworm pop-up is my go-to method. All the Bloodowrm hookbaits are perfect buoyancy wise, and they help my rigs reset if they get ejected.
